Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule I of Sec. 15-6.2(a) establishing traffic signals (City) by adding thereto the following items:

“Haumea St-Manawai St.”

“Kamokila Blvd-Manawai St.”

b. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by deleting therefrom the following item:

“Limukele St., from Iliohe St. to its mauka (northern) dead end.”

c. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns by adding thereto the following item:

“University Ave. No left turn from University Ave. into Campus Rd. in the Koko Head direction at the intersection of University Ave-Metcalf St-Campus Rd.”

d. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Alohikea St-Haumea St. Traffic on Alohikea St. shall stop before entering Haumea St.”

“Koohoo Pl-Aalapapa Dr. Traffic on Koohoo Pl. shall stop before entering Aalapapa Dr.”

“Koohoo Pl. (mauka leg)-Koohoo Pl. Traffic on Koohoo Pl. (mauka leg) shall stop before entering Koohoo Pl.”

Manawai St-Kamaaha Ave. Traffic on Manawai St. shall stop before entering Kamaaha Ave.”

“Wakea St-Haumea St. Traffic on Wakea St. shall stop before entering Haumea St.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Haumea St-Manawai St. Traffic on Haumea St. shall stop before entering Manawai St.”

“Manawai St-Kamokila Bvd. Traffic on Manawai St. shall stop before entering Kamokila Blvd.”

e. By amending Schedule XX of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(7) establishing tow zones–24 hours by adding thereto the following item:

“Haumea St., both sides, between Uluohia and Wakea Sts.”

f. By amending Schedule XXI of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(8) establishing tow zones–specified times in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following item:

“Koohoo Pl. (mauka/Kahuku leg), mauka side, distance 68’ Kahuku direction from the Kahuku curb prolongation of Koohoo Pl., 6:00-8:00 a.m., Tuesdays and Fridays only.”

2. By amending thereto the following item:

Koohoo Pl., makai side, from point 20’ Makapuu of the Makapuu property line of 1160 Koohoo Pl., distance 600’ Kahuku direction, 6:00-8:00 a.m., Tuesdays and Fridays; to read:

“Koohoo Pl., makai side. distance 630’ Kahuku direction from the terminus of Koohoo Pl., 6:00-8:00 a.m., Tuesdays and Fridays.”

g. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By amending thereto the following items:

California Ave., Ewa side, (south), commencing from the Kaneohe (east) property line of 2645 California Ave. in the Kaneohe direction and within its turnaround area; to read:

“California Ave., southern side, from a point 93’ west of the western curb prolongation of Puninoni St. and including its turnaround area.”

Laupai St., makai side, from Hauolioli St. to and including its turnaround area; to read:

“Laupai St., within its turnaround area.”

Philip St., mauka side, distance 314’ Koko Head direction from a point 41’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Manalo St.; to read:

“Philip St., mauka side, from a point 40’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Manalo St. to Punahou St.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Limukele St., within its mauka (northern) turnaround area.”

“Philip St., mauka side, distance 34’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Punahou St.”

h. By amending Schedule XXV of Sec. 15-15.3(d) establishing official bus stops by adding thereto the following items:

“Hookanike St., mauka side, distance 160’ Koko Head direction from a point 38’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Hoohiki St.”

“Hookanike St., mauka side, distance 160’ Koko Head direction from a point 37’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Kamahao St.”

“Hookanike St., mauka side, distance 162’ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of Kaahumanu St.”

“Hookanike St., makai side, distance 135’ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of Kamahao St.”

“Hookanike St., makai side, distance 157’ Koko Head direction from a point 98’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Hoomahilu St.”

i. By amending Schedule XXVII of Sec. 15-17.1 establishing crosswalks by adding thereto the following item:

“Haumea St., 10’ wide, center line 387’ northeast of the northeastern curb prolongation of Wakea St.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
