YOU ARE NOTIFIED that, pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereafter “HRS”) Chapters 91, 92, 436B and 466, the Board of Public Accountancy will conduct a hearing in case ACC 2009-2-L. Pursuant to law the hearing will occur to determine whether your certified public accountant’s license should be revoked, suspended, or otherwise disciplined, and, whether monetary fines, restitution and any other relief authorized by law should be imposed. The Petition For Disciplinary Action Against Certified Public Accountant’s License; Demand For Disclosure To Respondent for this case was filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings on or around 12/3/14 and it alleges facts and violations, by you, of the provisions of HRS Chapters 436B and/or 466 and/or any related administrative rules.

The HEARING will be conducted on March 3, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. The HEARING will take place in a hearings room at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii.
