YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City and County of Honolulu, Plaintiff, has commenced an action in Civil No. 14-1-2072-10 (GWBC) for the taking of a sewer easement described as Parcel 17 (TMK: 4-2-017-018), for a public use being: Kaneohe/Kailua Sewer Tunnel, situate at Kaneohe/Kailua, Koolaupoko, Oahu, Hawaii. The aforesaid real property is more particularly described in Exhibit 1 attached to the Complaint filed heretofore and by reference made a part hereof.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Gary W. B. Chang, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Tuesday, the 17th day of March, 2015, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Winston K. Q. Wong, Deputy Corporation Counsel, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 530 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
