Certificate of Need

The Agency has received the following certificate of need applications for administrative review: #14-16A from Hawaii Diagnostic Radiology Services, LLC, for the addition of a second Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanner at 2230 Liliha Street, Suite 106, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $2,251,719 and
#14-17A from Hawaii PET Imaging, LLC for the expansion of its Positron Emission Tomography (PET/CT) services to 98-1247 Kaahumanu Street, Suite 109/111, Aiea, HI, at a capital cost of $2,100,000. Pursuant to Section 323D-44.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, any interested person may request a public meeting on an application before the Agency renders its decision. Any request for a public meeting must be submitted in writing and directed to the Administrator, at the address provided below. Any such request must be received by the Agency within seven (7) days of the publication date of this notice.
