The Agency has received certificate of need application #14-13 for standard review from Pali Momi Medical Center for the establishment of Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography (PET/CT) Scanner services at 98-1005 Moanalua Road, FS4 Space 0001G, Aiea, HI, at a capital cost of $4,251,351. Application reviews are scheduled as follows:

December 18, 2014, Certificate of Need Review Panel, 1:00 p.m., University of Hawaii Maui College, Laulima Room 106, 310 W. Kaahumanu Avenue, Kahului, Hawaii;
December 30, 2014, Statewide Health Coordinating Council, 1:00 p.m., University of Hawaii Maui College, Pilina MPR, 310 W. Kaahumanu Avenue, Kahului, Hawaii.
