NOTICE OF HEARING AND PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE
TO: TIMOTHY R. NGUYEN, also known as TIMOTHY RANG NGUYEN, formerly known as RANG V. NGUYEN, doing business as RIVERSIDE TRAVEL AND SERVICES
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereafter “HRS”) Chapters 91, 92, 436B and 468L, the Travel Agencies Program will conduct a hearing and pre-hearing conference in cases TAR 2014-1-L; TAR 2014-2-L; TAR 2014-4-L; TAR 2014-7-L; TAR 2014-8-L; TAR 2014-9-L; TAR 2014-10-L; TAR 2014-14-L; TAR 2014-15-L; TAR 2014-16-L; TAR 2014-20-L; and TAR 2014-22-L. These twelve cases have been consolidated into a single proceeding and the hearing will occur in accordance with the law to determine whether your travel agency registration should be revoked, suspended, or otherwise disciplined, and, whether monetary fines, restitution and any other relief authorized by law should be imposed. Petitions For Disciplinary Action Against Travel Agency Registration; Demands For Disclosure for these twelve cases were filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings (hereafter “OAH”) on or about 8/22/14. The twelve Petitions allege facts and violations by you, of the provisions of HRS Chapters 436B and/or 468L and/or the related administrative rules.
The PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE will be conducted on November 3, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. The PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE will take place in a hearings room at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii.
The HEARING will be conducted on November 25, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. The HEARING will take place in a hearings room at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii.
