Aiona, Jr., Lieutenant Governor of the State of Hawaii, do hereby give public notice that the name of MARCUS PETER POUTOA OFOIA shall be changed to MARCUS PETER POUTOA OFOIA- STEVENS upon a single publication in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation in the State of Hawaii, published at Honolulu, Hawaii.
