RECONSIDERATION COMMITTEE

The Reconsideration Committee of the Agency will hold a public meeting on December 21, 2007, at 9:00 a.m., State Office Tower (Leiopapa A Kamehameha Building), at 235 South Beretania Street, Room 204, Honolulu, Hawaii. The purpose of this meeting will be to determine whether good cause has been shown, as provided in Hawaii Revised Statutes 323D-47 and Hawaii Administrative Rules 11-186-82, for the convening of public hearings for reconsideration of the Agency’s decisions on the following Certificate of Need Applications: #07-19A from CARE Hawaii, Inc. for the relocation of 16 Special Treatment Facility (STF) beds from Hawaii State Hospital grounds, TMK (1) 4-5-23:02 to 110 Kaneohe Bay Drive, Kailua, Hawaii, at a capital cost of $126,495 and #07-26A from Anderson Recovery Center, LLC, for the establishment of an eight-bed Special Treatment Facility at 45-504 and 45-504A Loke Street, Honokaa, Hawaii, at capital cost of $655,000.
