NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF GRANTS

The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) is seeking competitive proposals from beneficiary organizations for capacity-building projects. Forms for submitting proposals may be obtained from any DHHL offices, or at www.hawaii.gov/dhhl, or by calling (808) 586-3836. Proposals will be accepted on a continuous basis starting on October 1, 2007 with the last application accepted post-marked on April 1, 2008. No hand-delivered proposals accepted.
