1. Bill 63, Proposed CD2 – Solid waste. (Establishing a curbside recycling program;
to provide for a fee for households with once-a-week refuse and recycling
collection that also require a second day per week of refuse collection; and to
provide a fee for damages to city-provided carts caused by negligent actions
or neglect of the owner and/or occupant.)

2. Bill 64 – Fire protection. (Promoting fire safety on and near agricultural land.)

3. Bill 69 – Moiliili-Kaimuki zone change. (Rezoning land situated at Kaimuki,
Oahu, Hawaii, from B-2 Community Business District to A-2 Medium Density
Apartment District.)

4. Bill 71, CD1 – Real property tax assessment. (Simplifying the appeal process,
where appeals may be settled by the Director.)

5. Bill 72, CD1 – Real property tax assessment. (Providing for lodging a notice of
appeal with the Board of Review by electronic transmission; allowing for paying of
costs to be deposited by the taxpayer on appeal to the Board of Review via
electronic transmission; clarifying that the costs to be deposited by the
taxpayer on appeal to the Board of Review are required to perfect an
appeal; specifying the methods, permitted and not permitted, for lodging an
appeal; and clarifying the time for lodging an appeal by personal delivery.)

6. Bill 73 – Real property tax assessment. (Providing for electronic notification
of the assessment.)
