NOTICE OF CHANGE OF NAMES

Upon consideration of the Petition of STEVEN PRUNTY, LISA MICHELE PRUNTY, ISAIAH KAINOA PRUNTY, NATALIA KALA PRUNTY and JACOB KEONE PRUNTY, and there appearing to me to be good reasons for granting the same:
NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the authority vested in me by law and thereunto enabling, I, James R. Aiona, Jr., Lieutenant Governor of the State of Hawaii, do hereby give public notice that the names of STEVEN PRUNTY, LISA MICHELE PRUNTY, ISAIAH KAINOA PRUNTY, NATALIA KALA PRUNTY and JACOB KEONE PRUNTY shall be changed to STEVEN ALVAREZ, LISA MICHELE ALVAREZ, ISAIAH KAINOA ALVAREZ, NATALIA KALA ALVAREZ and JACOB KEONE ALVAREZ upon a single publication in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin, a newspaper of the general circulation in the State of Hawaii, published at Honolulu, Hawaii.
