THE ORI Anuenue Hale, Inc., a non-profit corporation, will seek the services of the Civil-Military Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Program to help construct sitework and facilities for its Aloha Gardens project. Due to the limited availability of funds, this is the only means by which this project can be completed.
