NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the BOARD OF WATER SUPPLY, CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING in the Board Room, Public Service Building, 630 South Beretania Street, on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2007, at 2:00 p.m., so those interested may be heard to consider the proposed resolution to amend the 2007-2008 Capital Program Budget and Appropriating Funds Therefor.

Information on the item to be discussed at this public hearing is available at Room 201 of the Public Service Building, Board of Water Supply, 630 South Beretania Street.

All comments on or suggested changes to the proposed resolution to amend the 2007-2008 Capital Program Budget and Appropriating Funds Therefor shall be filed in writing before the date of the public hearing or presented in person at the time of the hearing. Each party presenting testimony at the hearing shall be limited to five (5) minutes.
