Insurance Rate & Policy Analyst IV (Exempt)
Downtown, Oahu

The Insurance Division is recruiting for an Insurance Rate & Policy Analyst IV (IRPA). The IRPA IV is a part of the Rate & Policy Analysis Branch. Duties include examining and analyzing policy provisions and rates for all classes of insurance of licensed insurance companies, and for all insurance organizations subject to State regulation for compliance with statutes, rules, regulations, and to protect the public interest.

College degree with credits in statistics and/or mathematics; Two and one-half years of specialized experience in the analysis of insurance rates and policies. Successful completion of Casualty Actuarial Society or Society of Actuaries examinations, Certification as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) or Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) will be considered.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
