Invites Public Comment on the
Uniform Application
for the FFY 2008 SAPT Block Grant

Pursuant to Section 1941 of the Public Health Service Act regarding the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment (SAPT) formula grant program, the draft report of the State Plan sections of the Uniform Application for the Federal Fiscal Year 2008 SAPT Block Grant is available for public review from August 21 to September 4, 2007, (except Saturday, Sunday and September 3 – Labor Day), 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Department of Health, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division, 601 Kamokila Blvd., Rm. 360, Kapolei, HI 96707. Written comments may be submitted to the address above, Attention: Block Grant Application, by September 4, 2007.
