The State Office of Planning (OP) is recruiting a Special Plans Branch Manager. The position is responsible for comprehensive, strategic and regional planning, conducting special analytical studies and special mission programs which address specific planning objectives or issues, and managing a small staff.
OPs mission is to conduct comprehensive, long-range strategic planning activities on behalf of the state, with a focus on complex issues that involve or affect one or more agency or levels of government. OP provides analysis, strategic planning, data and technical assistance in the development of State policies, strategies, plans and programs to promote the orderly future growth and development of the State.
