YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. has filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 07-1-0081-01 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the Mortgage on the property located at 94-514 Kupuohi Street, #11-106, Waipahu, Hawaii, 96797, TMK: (1) 9-4-146-003, CPR 0094, which you gave as security for a loan made to you by Central Pacific Bank, and which is now in default for non- payment, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable KAREN N. BLONDIN, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in her courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, on August 21, 2007, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Robert M. Ehrhorn, Jr., of Clay Chapman Crumpton Iwamura & Pulice, attorneys for WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., whose address is 700 Bishop Street, Suite 2100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
