Responsible for electronic data processing systems analysis, design, development, implementation & maintenance for all computer platforms including microcomputers, minicomputers & mainframe computers; may supervise or lead a team of analysts & support personnel on a project level, & performs other related duties as required; provides consultation in the use & benefit of information technology for a given application or functional area.
Requirement: A bachelors degree and 1-1/2 years of IT experience for the III level, or 2-1/2 years for the IV level, which involved systems analysis, design, programming, security & access management, database design & management, consulting, &/or installing & maintaining computer software applications, hardware, telecommunications,
web or network infrastructure equipment. The work must have demonstrated knowledge & understanding of IT principles, practices, etc.; computer hardware, software & peripheral equipment; & personal computer, server, mini &/or mainframe operating systems.
