INSURANCE GRANT CLERK
(Temporary Exempt Position)
Salary range: $22,000 to $24,000
The Insurance Division of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, State of Hawaii is seeking a person with clerical experience to assist with the States Loss Mitigation Grant Program. This is a program that provides monetary grants to people who install hurricane resistive devices in their homes. The duties include but are not limited to processing grant applications, making entries into a database, answering phone calls from the public, drafting simple memoranda, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks.
