NOTICE TO BIDDERS
INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) NO. IMILOA-01 to provide Foodservice Operations at the University of Hawaii at Hilo, Imiloa Astronomy Center of Hawaii (IMILOA) Café, Hilo, Hawaii, will be available from and received in the Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii (RCUH), Hilo Office at 640 N. Aohoku Place, Room 104, Hilo, Hawaii 96720.
Sealed Bids in strict accordance with the Invitation for Bids must be received no later than 2:30 p.m., August 20, 2007 and at that time will be publicly opened. Bids received after the time and date fixed for opening will not be considered.
Each prospective bidder shall file a written notice of intent to bid, completed prequalification questionnaire, and most recent annual report or last twelve (12) months financial statement by July 11, 2007, with the RCUH Hilo Office whose address is indicated in the first paragraph.
