Aiona, Jr., Lieutenant Governor of the State of Hawaii, do hereby give public notice that the name of LaTesha Destiny Michell Wartena shall be changed to LaTesha Destiny Ruth Kapua Mai Lani Purdy upon a single publication in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation in the State of Hawaii, published at Honolulu, Hawaii.
