YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (“DCCA”) will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (“HRS”) § 482-6 and upon the petition of Ms. Linda Kim requesting revocation of the trade name “Aloha Chem-Dry,” Certificate of Registration No. 253245. The basis of the petition is non-use.
The hearing will be conducted on July 3, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Office of Administrative Hearings, 335 Merchant Street, first floor, Honolulu, Hawaii. Hearing room assignments are posted outside of Suite 100 on the day of the scheduled proceedings.
