DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (HHFDC)
The HHFDC is responsible for the financing and development of affordable housing in the State of Hawaii and is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated professional for the following position:
Housing Finance Specialist
Assists in administering programs such as the Low Income Housing Tax Credit, the Rental Housing Trust Fund and the Hula Mae Multi-Family Revenue Bond Programs that provide assistance to developers/owners to create or maintain affordable rental units. Required is a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, economics or real estate. In addition, one year experience in real estate finance is required.
