FULL-TIME EXEMPT POSITIONS WITH BENEFITS:
Personnel Management Specialist ($42,144 – $51,312)
Responsible for establishment and maintenance of staff positions, employee development, employee management relations, labor relations, personnel administration services such as interpretation, application and administration of laws, rules and regulations governing personnel management in the State.
Clinical Operations Manager ($85,428 – $96,108)
Plans, directs, coordinates, and provides leadership and oversight for statewide clinic operations to respond to bioterrorism and infectious disease outbreaks. Requires MD or DO with Hawaii license. Emergency medicine and public health experience preferred.
Exercise Coordinator/Planner ($49,332 – $59,220)
Experience in conducting exercises (from Seminars to Full Scale Exercises) using HSEEP, to plan, coordinate, and evaluate Public Health Emergency Preparedness exercises. This position will design and assign exercise activities and responsibilities, provide guidance, establish timelines and milestones, and monitor the development process as well as develop and compile exercise documentation. Experience with ICS required.
Kauai Planner ($49,332 – $59,220)
Plans/coordinates preparation for and response to bioterrorism, disease epidemics and other public health emergencies. Assists in development of local and statewide comprehensive public health response plans to acts of biological terrorism.
CONTRACT POSITIONS WITH NO BENEFITS:
Employees are needed to assist with planning and executing a preparedness exercise. Hourly wages will be commensurate with education and experience. Part-time and full-time employment available.
Project/Logistics Coordinator ($30 – $50 per hour)
Prior experience with planning and scheduling high volume of events and activities. Must be well organized and have attention to detail. Good customer service and communication skills. Computer experience at minimum, knowledge and working experience using Excel. Requires a four year degree from an accredited college.
Project Assistant ($20 – $30 per hour)
Prior experience with planning and scheduling events. Good customer service and communication skills. Computer experience – at minimum, knowledge and working experience using Excel.
Data Entry ($10 – $20 per hour)
Proficient in PC software (Windows, MS Office, Excel, Word, Access) and alpha- numeric data entry skills. Two to three years data entry experience with knowledge of databases. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in an organized and professional manner.
