PUBLIC NOTICE
INTENTION TO DISPOSE

Pursuant to Sections 171-53(b) and 171-16(d), Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to sell directly to the abutting owner, without recourse to public auction, a portion of reclaimed lands fronting Quitclaim Deed: State of Hawaii to Hong Zuon Pang and Minnie H. Pang dated April 22, 1963 and recorded in liber 4499, page 512, situated at Keaalau, Kaneohe, Oahu, Hawaii. This sale shall enable purchaser to use said parcel in consolidation with his abutting land.
