1. Bill 26, CD1 – Building Code. (Updating the Building Code of the City and County of Honolulu by adopting the 2003 edition of the International Building Code and International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings.) [Copies of the 2003 International Building and Residential Codes are on file with the Office of the City Clerk.]

2. Bill 40, CD1 – Kapolei zone change. (Rezoning land situated at Kapolei, Ewa, Oahu, Hawaii, from P-2 General Preservation District to BMX-3 Business Mixed Use District with a 60-foot height limit.)

By submitting written testimony, you are not automatically registered to speak. You are requested to register to speak if you wish to provide oral testimony.
