NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Please be advised that the notice for the City Council public hearing scheduled for Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at 4 p.m. in the Council Chamber that was published on Saturday, April 14, 2007 contained incorrect summaries of the following bills and should have instead read:

Bill 15, CD1 – Relating to county tax credit. (Improving the effectiveness of the county tax credit.)

Bill 16, CD1 – Relating to real property taxation. (Providing a one-time real property tax credit to eligible owners of real property.)
