DISTRICT EDUCATIONAL SPECIALIST II SPECIAL SERVICES, POSITION NO. 68029. This position is located in the Central District. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree in education with specialization in special education or one or more subject matters appropriate to the areas of assignment. Six (6) years of responsible professional work experience in education, of which four (4) years shall have been in teaching, preferably students with disabilities, and two (2) years experience in program development and/or supervision. SALARY RANGE: SR-7, $71,253 to $100,867. Department of Education certificated employees will be placed on the salary range in accordance with Department regulations.
