TO: JULIA R. YOUNG, TRENT TRUST COMPANY, LIMITED, a Hawaiian corporation, and JOHN DOE 1 through JOHN DOE 200, inclusive, and JANE DOE 1 through JANE DOE 200, inclusive, unknown heirs or devisees of Marguerite Kwock, aka Marguerite Sau Yung Lum Kwock, and Deborah Nalauai, deceased

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City and County of Honolulu, Plaintiff, has commenced an action in Civil No. 07-1-0058-01 (VSM) for the taking of easements described as Parcels 1 through 4 (TMK: 1-6-001), for a public use being: Peterson Lane Sewer Rehabilitation, situate at Kapalama, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. The aforesaid real property is more particularly described in Exhibit 1 attached to the Complaint filed heretofore and by reference made a part hereof.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Victoria S. Marks, Fourth Floor, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Tuesday, the 15th day of May, 2007, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Winston K. Q. Wong, Deputy Corporation Counsel, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 530 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
