SUMMONS

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT the State of Hawaii, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Plaintiff, has commenced an action against you in Civil No. 05-1-1745-09 (SSM) for damages suffered in the above- entitled Court wherein requests judgment by way of an injunction, civil penalties, and restitution in an amount to be determined, together with such other relief as the Court deems just.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Sabrina S. McKenna, Judge of the above- entitled Court, in her Courtroom at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 on Tuesday, the 1st day of May, 2007, at 9:00 oclock a.m., of said day, or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Joseph W. Lee, Plaintiffs attorney whose address is 235 S. Beretania Street, 9th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
