NOTICE
The COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU at its meeting held on January 24, 2007, passed the following bills and resolution on Second Reading by the following votes:
Bill 87 (2006), CD1 Park Rules and Regulations The purpose of this bill is to make it unlawful for any person to fail to comply with signs and notices posted in public parks or any order or directive given by any park employee or water safety officer in the course of performing the employees or officers assigned duties.

Bill 89 (2006), CD1 Reporting of Dog Bites The purpose of this bill is to require the reporting of dog bite incidents.

Bill 90 (2006) Real Property Taxation The purpose of this bill is to amend certain provisions of the Revised Ordinances of Honolulu 1990, as amended relating to dedication of lands for agricultural use.

Bill 91 (2006) Motor Vehicles The purpose of this bill is to address dangerous motor vehicles parked near schools.

Resolution 06-372 Proposed City Charter Amendment The purpose of this resolution is to initiate amendments to the Revised Charter of the City and County of Honolulu 1973, as amended relating to the Liquor Commission and Civil Service exemptions, by placing a question on the 2008 general election ballot on whether the Liquor Commission shall be allowed to hire and dismiss its Administrator and Deputy Administrator in the same fashion as all other City cabinet appointees.
