Land Area: 5.253 acres (5.132 acres for Costcos rezoning area; 0.121 acres for DPP addition)
REQUEST: Change in zoning from P-2 General Preservation District to BMX-3 Community Business Mixed Use District and an amendment to a unilateral agreement condition of an earlier zone change of the property.
