Upon consideration of the Petition of MICHELLE MY THI APO and there appearing to me to be good reasons for granting the same:

Aiona, Jr., Lieutenant Governor of the State of Hawaii, do hereby give public notice that the name of MICHELLE MY THI APO shall be changed to KIMMY MINHCHELLE APO upon a single publication in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation in the State of Hawaii, published at Honolulu, Hawaii.
