Traffic Schedule No. 2007-1
TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES

IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF HONOLULU 1990 (ROH), AS AMENDED, THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU, HEREBY ESTABLISHES TRAFFIC SCHEDULE NO. 2007-1 TO AMEND SCHEDULE V OF SECTION 15-7.2(b)(3) ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMIT– 25 MPH; SCHEDULE XXII OF SECTION 15-14.5(a) ESTABLISHING PROHIBITED PARKING CERTAIN AREAS.

Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“N. Beretania St., from N. King St. to Nuuanu Ave.”

“S. Beretania St., from Nuuanu Ave. to Punchbowl St.”

“Kilipoe St., for its entire length.”

“Kionaole Rd., from the State Department of Transportation’s jurisdiction to the Department of Parks and Recreation’s gate to their Koolau Yard, distance approximately .5 miles.”

b. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Elizabeth St., Koko Head side, distance 50’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Waialae Ave.”

“Halewiliko St., mauka side, for its entire length.”

“Halewiliko St., makai side, from Aiea Heights Dr. to a point approximately 135’ Waianae of the Waianae curb prolongation of Halewiliko Pl.”

“Halewiliko St., makai side, from a point approximately 45’ Waianae of the Waianae curb prolongation of Halewiliko Pl. to Ulune St.”

“Maunalei Ave., mauka side, distance 44’ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of 12th Ave.”

“Piliuka Wy. within its turnaround area.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Aolani Pl., Ewa side, distance 45’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Halelena Pl.; to read:

“Aolani Pl., Ewa side, for its entire length and including its terminus.”

Kanealii Ave., Koko Head side, distance 36’ mauka direction from a point 34’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Huanu St.; to read:

“Kanealii Ave., Koko Head side, distance 17’ mauka direction from a point 213’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Namilimili St.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
