QUEST GRIEVANCE
SPECIALIST

Join the Performance Management Team in serving Hawaii’s youth & families and ensuring quality service delivery. Monitor & maintain the system wide grievance & appeals system and client rights. Applicants should be knowledgeable of community mental healthcare systems and applicable state and federal laws, rules, and regulations. Must be able to work independently, with a sense of urgency, possessing strong skills in investigation, decision-making, data analysis, and communication (verbal & writing).

Recommended education/experience: JD with courses of study in human behavioral health science or related fields – OR – Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, or other behavioral health profession (Master’s preferred). One (1) year of progressively responsible work experience in child and adolescent mental health deliver.
