QUEST GRIEVANCE
SPECIALIST
Join the Performance Management Team in serving Hawaiis youth & families and ensuring quality service delivery. Monitor & maintain the system wide grievance & appeals system and client rights. Applicants should be knowledgeable of community mental healthcare systems and applicable state and federal laws, rules, and regulations. Must be able to work independently, with a sense of urgency, possessing strong skills in investigation, decision-making, data analysis, and communication (verbal & writing).
Recommended education/experience: JD with courses of study in human behavioral health science or related fields – OR – Bachelors degree in nursing, social work, or other behavioral health profession (Masters preferred). One (1) year of progressively responsible work experience in child and adolescent mental health deliver. Demonstrated skills in conducting independent assessments/investigations, data analyses, and formal report writing. Please call PERSONNEL for additional information at (808) 733-8374.
