YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Board of Medical Examiners will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (“HRS”) Chapter 91 and 453 to determine whether or not your medical license should be revoked or suspended, or whether other disciplinary action should be taken against you. The Petition alleges violations of Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 453.
The hearing will be conducted on February 15, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. in the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs’ Hearings Room on the 1st Floor of the King Kalakaua Building, 335 Merchant Street, Honolulu, Hawaii.
