NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON PROPOSED LAND USE
WITHIN THE CONSERVATION DISTRICT

The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawaii, pursuant to Chapter 183C, Hawaii Revised Statutes, will hold a public hearing in Lahaina to receive testimony on the following:
Conservation District Use Application (CDUA) MA-3382
for Olowalu Elua Associates to use the former Olowalu Plantation Grounds
at Olowalu, Lahaina, Maui [TMK (2) 4-8-03:5] for private commercial events.
A copy of the application, the projects Environmental Assessment and maps of the general location of the area under consideration are available for inspection at:

Any person may testify or present information on the application. If you have a legal interest that may be adversely affected by the application, you may have the right to request an administrative contested case hearing. However, you must make the request either orally or in writing by the close of this public hearing and file a written petition for a contested case hearing within 10 days after the date of this public hearing. If you do not make such a request, or fail to file a timely written petition with the DLNR, you may be precluded from obtaining a contested case hearing and judicial review. See Chapter 13-1 Hawaii Administrative Rules of the DLNR and Chapter 91 Hawaii Revised Statutes.
