Requirements: (1) A comb. of educ. & exper. subst. equiv. to grad. from an accred. college/univ. w/a bachelors degree1 & for: level III: 1-1/2 yrs. of prog. resp. work exper. in comp. sys. anal. which invld. the conduct of feas. studies & the anal. & design of info. tech. sys. level IV: 2-1/2 yrs. of prog. resp. work exper. in info. sys. anal. which invld. the conduct of feas. studies & the anal. & design of info. tech. sys.; & as applic. for posns. requiring specific specs., 6 mos. of exper. in the applic. spec. areas. level V: 3-1/2 yrs. of data proc. exper. in info. sys. anal. which invld. the conduct of feas. studies & the anal. & design of info. tech. sys., at least 1 yr. of which must have been at the fully comp. level comp. to the ISA IV level class; suppl. by exper. which demon. the ability to plan & direct the work of others; &, as applic. for posns. requiring specific specs., 1 yr. of exper. in the applic. specialty area. Substitutions Allowed: (1) Excess exper. at the fully comp. level in computer sys. anal. which invld. the conduct of feas. studies & the anal. & design of info. tech. sys. may be subst. for trng. on a 2 for 1 basis (i.e. 2 yrs. exper. for 1 yr. of trng.) (2) A bachelors degree from an accred. college or univ. in Info. Tech., Comp. Sci., or MIS1 may be subst. for 6 mos. of the required info. sys. anal. exper. (3) A masters degree from an accred. college/univ. in Info. Tech., Comp. Sci., or MIS1 may be subst. for 1-1/2 yrs. of the req. info. sys. anal. exper.
