POTENTIAL CANDIDATES

FOR CITY NEIGHBORHOOD BOARDS

The Neighborhood Commission will host informational sessions this Saturday  for people interested in running for any of the 444 seats on the 32 neighborhood boards around Oahu.

Two informational sessions  will be held simultaneously from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, January 13, 2007, a.m., at Kapolei Hale (Conference Room C), 1000 Uluohia St.,  and the  Honolulu Hale Annex Conference Room (across from Mission Memorial Auditorium.)

Board members and members and staff of the Neighborhood Commission, which oversees board operations, will be on hand to answer any questions from possible candidates.  Free parking is available at Kapolei Hale and the Frank Fasi Municipal Parking lot next to Honolulu Hale.
