Duties: draft and publish newsletter and reports; manage database; maintain hardware, software, LAN, and website; track legislative bills; assist public; train agency personnel on database input.
Qualifications: PC skills, including Access, Word, Excel, PageMaker; strong oral and written communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work independently; familiarity with legislative process desirable.
