The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) is seeking competitive proposals from beneficiary organizations for capacity-building projects and community development projects. Forms for submitting proposals may be obtained from any DHHL office or by calling (808) 586-3836. Proposals must be post-marked before midnight on February 1, 2007, or hand-delivered by 4:30 p.m. to 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 2000, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Multiple awards may be made.
