NOTICE
The COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU at its meeting held on December 7, 2006, passed the following bill on Second Reading by the following votes:
Bill 79 (2006), CD1 Transit The purpose of this bill is to select the citys locally preferred alternative to comply with the process that will be followed in implementing Honolulus mass transit project by approving a fixed rail system as the locally preferred alternative, which will allow the city administration to move forward on the locally preferred alternative.
AYES: Councilmembers Apo, Cachola, Dela Cruz, Garcia, Kobayashi, Okino, Tam. 7.
NOES: Councilmembers Djou, Marshall. 2.
