NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Commissioner of Securities of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has filed for a Non-Hearing Application for Judgment Enforcing Commissioners Final Orders against Elizabeth Kaku, 21st Century Management and The Society of Thinking Women entered June 21, 2006 and Merrill Roy, Koda Financial Services Corporation, Helping Hands International USA, Ltd., entered July 5, 2006 with the Circuit Court of the First Circuit for the State of Hawaii.
Copies of the Non-Hearing Application for Judgment Enforcing Commissioners Final Order filed against you are available at the Securities Enforcement Branch, 335 Merchant Street, Room 205, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, or telephone (808) 586-2740.
Any response to said Non-Hearing Application must be in writing and shall be filed with the Circuit Court of the First Circuit for the State of Hawaii at 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, no later than ten (10) days after December 24, 2006.
