A Bill for an Ordinance providing for the cost of improvements in \u201DImprovement District Number Two Hundred Seventy-Six, Kailua Road Sewers, Kailua, Koolaupoko, Oahu, Hawaii, Job No. W01-05,\u201D and fixing the portions of the cost to be assessed against the benefited properties and against the owners or lessees thereof respectively, and imposing a lien against each lot or parcel of land assessed according to the respective assessments.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance passed Final Reading at a meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on October 25, 2006 by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmembers Apo, Cachola, Dela Cruz, Djou, Garcia, Kobayashi, Marshall, Okino, Tam. – 9.
