Seeking a dedicated and accomplished professional to manage and execute planning and development activities in Kalaeloa. This key position with the Hawaii Community Development Authority is for an individual who has the experience and desire to transform Kalaeloa, the former Barbers Point Naval Air Station, into an economic engine that provides social, environmental, and cultural benefits to the Ewa/Leeward region of Oahu.
Leading this effort in implementing a master plan that will shape the District and broader region for years to come requires working with all three levels of government, actively engaging with the community, and a proven track record of development/planning success.
