2007 Homeless Point-In-Time Count
The City and County of Honolulu, Department of Community Services (DCS), and Partners In Care (PIC), Honolulus Continuum of Care Coordinating Coalition, requests proposals from qualified firms to undertake a point-in-time count of unsheltered persons and families experiencing homelessness in the City and County of Honolulu.
The selected firm will work with DCS and PIC to undertake a field count of unsheltered persons and families experiencing homelessness on the island of Oahu. The selected firm will also estimate the number of persons who are chronically homeless as defined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Request for Proposals packets are available from the Department of Community Services via replay e-mail. Interested parties may request a proposal packet via e-mail to Stephanie On at son@honolulu.gov. Printed copies of the Request for Proposals packet are also available upon request.
