DATA PROCESSING (DP) USER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
Manoa – Kahala, Oahu $2,601/mo.

Provides HIPAA related transactional support for staff & service providers of the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Division. Immediate vacancies are temporary. Work hours are 10:30 am to 7:15 pm.

Req. high school graduation; 2 yrs. exp. demonstrating ability to read/understand complex materials, & write simply/clearly (incl. 1 yr. preparing outlines, visual aids & materials for group presentations; & speaking to & providing technical instructions/info. to individuals & groups); & 2 yrs. exp. demonstrating effective use of personal computers, peripherals & applications (incl. 1 yr. identifying various hardware/software problems, & helping users resolve them based on exp., manuals, or advice of vendors or other DP personnel). Appropriate substitutions allowed.
