Prior to the day of the meeting, persons wishing to speak may register using the on-line City Council Speaker Registration form available at http://www.honolulu.gov. /council/spktp.htm, or by sending a fax indicating your desire to speak, along with your name, phone number and subject matter to 527-5733 or by calling 527-5752.
On the day of the meeting, persons wishing to present oral testimony are requested to register in person by 6:30 a.m. at the meeting site or to raise their hand at the time the Committee Chair calls for individuals desiring to speak following the testimony of the registered speakers. Each speaker will be limited to a one-minute presentation.
Written testimonies may also be faxed to 527-5733 or you may e-mail your testimony by going to to http://www4.honolulu.gov/docushare/dsweb/View/ Collection-711 for e-mail contact, however you are requested to register to speak if you wish to provide oral testimony. Written testimonies, including the testifiers address, e-mail address, and phone number, may be posted by the City Clerk and available to the public on the Citys DocuShare Website.
