NOTICE

The COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU at its meeting held on November 1, 2006, passed the following bill on Second Reading by the following votes:

Bill 82 (2006) – Requirement for Transit Stations – The purpose of this bill is to establish certain requirements for the development of transit stations for a rail transit system and make conforming amendments to the revised ordinances.
AYES: Councilmembers Apo, Cachola, Dela Cruz, Djou, Garcia, Kobayashi, Marshall, Okino. – 8.
NOES: Councilmember Tam. – 1.
