NOTICE TO DEVELOPERS
(Chapter 103D, Hawaii Revised Statutes)

The HAWAII HOUSING FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (HHFDC) is requesting for proposals from interested persons for the development of three vacant parcel areas located within the:

VILLAGES OF KAPOLEI
KAPOLEI, EWA, OAHU, HAWAII
Village Center Parcels: TMK #s: (1) 9-1-16: 37, 38 & 39; 15.376 acres total
Village 4 Parcels: TMK #s: (1) 9-1-79: 01 to 34 & 54; 2.561 acres total
Village 5 Parcels: TMK #s: (1) 9-1-92: 37 to 66 & 104; 2.526 acres total

The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to produce a mixed-use Village Center project to include residential, commercial, community center and church site uses, as well as residential units in the Village 4 and Village 5 areas, utilizing the least amount of State resources.

Copies of the RFP may be examined at HHFDC and parties may obtain a copy for a non-refundable amount of $100.00 which must be paid by cashier’s or certified check only. HHFDC office is located at:

An informational meeting on this RFP will be held in the HHFDC Boardroom at 10:00 a.m. on December 7, 2006.
